ArmMax : Biceps, Triceps

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2026 · Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sangita Gautam (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the ArmMax : Biceps, Triceps mobile application (the “App”) for iOS. We have designed ArmMax to be privacy-first: your workout content stays on your device.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Data stored on your device

Your workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, routines, training history, progress notes, and in-app preferences are stored locally on your device (and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account). This content is not transmitted to or accessible by Sangita Gautam.

Data you provide

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

Data collected automatically

To keep the App reliable, we and our service providers may collect limited diagnostic and usage information, such as app version, device model, operating system version, language, crash logs, and anonymous feature-usage events. This data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Purchase information

If you buy a subscription or other in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your subscription status from Apple, but we never receive or store your full payment card details.

2. Health and Fitness Data

If you choose to enable it, the App can read from and write to Apple Health (HealthKit) — for example, to save a completed arm workout as a workout session, or to read body-measurement or activity data you have already stored in Health so the App can show your progress.

This access is entirely optional. The App will ask for your explicit permission through Apple’s standard Health permission screen, and you choose exactly which categories to allow. You can review, change, or revoke this access at any time under Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices, or in the Health app. The App’s other features continue to work if you decline.

We treat health and fitness data as sensitive. Specifically:

3. Device Permissions

The App may ask for the following permissions. Each is optional, and the App will request it only when needed for a feature you use:

You can review or change these permissions at any time in your device’s Settings.

4. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and use certain device information and identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier / IDFA, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad-interaction data). This processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy and the AdMob policies.

As stated in Section 2, your health and fitness data is never used to select or personalize ads and is never shared with our advertising partner. Subscribing to or purchasing ArmMax Pro removes ads.

6. App Tracking Transparency

If we or our advertising partners use your data to deliver personalized ads or otherwise track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, we will first ask for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can review or change this choice at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. We do not track you for any purpose without your consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that process limited data on our behalf. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies:

None of these services receive health or fitness data from the App.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

9. Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Diagnostic and analytics data collected by our service providers is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above and then deleted or anonymized. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to assist you.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most of your data lives only on your device:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Users

Sangita Gautam is based in India. If you use the App from outside India, any information processed by our service providers may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
